My first few days in Chiang Mai were filled with smoke and booze. Staying at ZZ House with the host Boyd was extremely hilarious and fun, it often had me sleeping at 1 or 2 am in the morning, waking up at 10am. It also didn’t help that it was raining during that time which made sightseeing a bit more difficult.
Fast forward 4 days later, where I arrived at Lanna Muay Thai. The owners set me up at an apartment nearby called Chothilda Place, a 5 min walk to the gym.
Jan 9 – attended my first 4-7pm session.
30 min – Skipping
2 hours – 4 mins exercises x 1 min rest / shadowboxing / punch bag
30 min – Abs and Cool down
I am doing this insane workout everyday … TWICE A DAY.
I’m an insane person.. I know. Those ab workouts remind me of the ones I did back at Apex Martial Arts. Killer workout but these guys are the real deal. 500 crunches now. GET IT!
All I’ve done today is sleep and workout and eat a little bit. Im guaranteed going to lose weight by the end of the month. 6:30am – 9:30am workout and the 4pm – 7 pm workout. Eeeeeps!
